Make Reservations home : artsplorations : make reservations To make reservations for an Artsplorations performance, please complete this form (PDF, 88KB). You may fax completed forms to (716) 878-4234 or mail them to this address. Your order will be confirmed by mail. You can also call the Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall at (716) 878-3600. Tickets are $5 each. For every block of twenty paid tickets, you will receive one ticket for free. Please note: Orders are filled on a first-come first-served basis. A 50% deposit is due to confirm your reservation; the balance is due two weeks prior to the performance date. If you need to modify your reservation, please do so at least two weeks prior to the performance. Refunds will be issued only if the Performing Arts Center cancels a performance. The day of the performance: Please arrive 30 minutes prior the start of the scheduled performance. Schools will be seated at the discretion of the audience services manager. Our 2008-2009 performances are each approximately an hour long.
