Box Office home : box office Tickets may be purchased: By Phone: (716) 878-3005 Online: www.ticketguys.com/buffalostate (Only a selected number of seats are available for sale online.) In Person: Rockwell Hall Box Office, Buffalo State College, 1300 Elmwood Ave. Winter Box Office Hours (in effect January 2): Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All ticket sales are final; telephone orders are subject to a $3.00 handling fee on the entire order. Online orders are subject to a per ticket service charge. Please Note: Some discounts are not available online. Accessible seating is not available online. Please call the box office at (716) 878-3005. Tickets ordered over the phone will be mailed to you if your order is placed more than one week prior to the performance. Otherwise, tickets will be held at the box office for pickup until 15 minutes after curtain time on the day/evening of performance. Tickets ordered online will also be held at the box office for pickup. For weekend performances, the box office will open two hours prior to the performance. Please note: holiday hours may vary. The Box Office does not hold tickets without payment. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Everyone entering the theatre requires a ticket regardless of age. Babes in arms are not permitted in the theatre. Sample discounts include: Senior citizen: 60 years and over Student Rush: for Great Performers shows students may purchase one reduced price ticket with their Student ID starting one hour prior to showtime. Rush sales are cash only and based on availability Student: With valid student ID to any educational institution, one ticket per ID Faculty/Staff: Buffalo State College faculty or staff with ID, two tickets per ID Groups: 20 or more per performance USG voucher: See below Please identify your buyer type when placing your order, as adjustments cannot be made once an order has been processed. back to top USG Voucher Policy A USG voucher is worth $5.00 off the student ticket price for campus-sponsored events not already funded by USG. Students must present their USG voucher and a valid Buffalo State College student ID at time of purchase. Please note: USG Vouchers are not valid on sales made the day of the show. back to top Special Services The Performing Arts Center is fully accessible. An elevator entrance to Rockwell Hall is located on the Iroquois Drive side of the building, accessible from Parking Lot X (see parking map). Parking Lot X also has a limited number of wheelchair-reserved parking spaces. Special seating locations are available for wheelchairs. Complimentary assisted-listening devices and large print programs are available for most performances.
