Audience Services home : facilities : audience services Audience Services The audience services manager and staff will assist the audience should they have any difficulties during a performance. Required for all events, the audience services manager is on site 90 minutes prior to any event; they are the last person to leave the theater after a performance. To ensure the health and safety of the audience, we require ushering staff for all events. Ushers are supplied at an additional cost, however, with prior arrangements, you may be permitted to supply some of your own volunteer ushers. Upon booking the facility, the director of operations will discuss your audience services needs to determine the number of ushers necessary. The Center reserves the right to determine the number and types of personnel required for the proper staffing of any event. All PAC facilities are fully accessible. Special seating locations are available for wheelchairs and assisted-listening devices are available. With prior arrangement, we can provide an escort from buses or parking lots for those requiring assistance.
