Faculty Choreographers' Showcase
The Buffalo State College dance program boasts nationally and internationally recognized artistic directors, choreographers, instructors, and performers specializing in ballet, modern, dance appreciation, choreography, African American dance, jazz, and dance history, who bring a wealth of experience to their students.
Our faculty have toured, performed, and taught in Japan, Sienna, Italy, Germany, France, England, Italy, Denmark, Scotland, Holland, and Sweden, Amsterdam, Germany, and Scotland, and New York City.
At this performance, the dance faculty will showcase their world-traveled talents.

Presentation: Dr. Gloria Ladson-Billings
Internationally renowned educator, author, and scholar, Dr. Gloria Ladson-Billings, will be presenting “The Language of Cultural Diversity and Education” at the Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall. This event is free and open to the public. Two of Dr. Ladson-Billings’ critically acclaimed books will be available for purchase.
