Buffalo State's College and Community Partnerships Office is the primary facilitator of cooperation between the college and community organizations. Partnerships can help us to learn from each other, contribute to the educational, economic, and cultural vitality of the region and broaden the scope of the educational experience.
As a long-standing and respected institution in the Western New York area, Buffalo State College has provided guidance, the knowledge and resources of its faculty and students, and applied research that matters to the community. That is what makes Buffalo State College a distinctive partner and collaborator. We ask students to apply what they have learned in their classes to meaningful action in their personal and public lives.
The College and Community Partnerships Office seeks to develop close relationships with area groups and committees and to meet several predetermined goals.
