Additional Information: Hoover Elementary was the first Buffalo State PDS partner site, so the staff is used to having JP's around. They are part of the school culture, and welcomed. Principal Frances Paskowitz and the staff are extremely supportive. Herbert Hoover Elementary is located in the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda Union Free School District, and it serves approximately 620 students in grades K-5. Hoover Elementary is a National School of Excellence.
