Maplemere Elementary School is one of four elementary schools in the Sweet Home School District. Children from the towns of Williamsville, Amherst, and Town of Tonawanda attend this suburban school district. Sweet Home is known for its highly diverse student population. There is a wide range of cultural backgrounds and economic diversity due to town demographics and the proximity of UB's North Campus. Maplemere has approximately 550 students in grades K-5.
