The Philosophy and Humanities department awards two types of scholarships to its outstanding students: the George T. Hole Scholarship and the Victor Balowitz Scholarship. More information about these can be found by following the appropriate link.
Talented sophomore and junior level students who are first-generation college/low-income and/or from traditionally underrepresented groups and who intend to pursue graduate study with the goal of obtaining a doctorate should consider the McNair Scholarship Program.
