Current research interests focus on alternatives to conventional bureaucratic service delivery such as public-private partnerships, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and Authorities (Public Benefit Corporations). A related interest is administrative reform and reorganization in developing countries including application of New Public Management thinking and training of senior civil servants.
