Procurement Services works together with the Buffalo State College community to acquire various goods and services needed for the successful operation of our campus.  At the same time, it is our responsibilty to ensure the expenditures of State funds are in accordance with existing procedures, policies, laws, and regulations of the New York State Office of the State Comptroller, the New York State Office of General Services, and the State University of New York.

We realize understanding the procurement process can be challenging at times. In order to help, we are developing this website in order to provide general information to Campus administrators, faculty, and staff as a reference.
