The Common Core State Standards (CCSS) have their roots in collaboration among representatives from higher education, K-12, and community experts, so when the English Professional Learning Council (EPLC) set out to create rubrics based upon the CCSS, they partnered with local higher education, high school and community groups.
This 30-minute webcast will explain the process and intent behind the creation of Common Core rubrics and how they can help schools adapt to the new standards.
