LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Emerging College Leaders 
  • A week-long program for 16 professional staff and faculty who are interested in developing their potential as leaders. Participants may never have held leadership positions or may be an intermediate supervisor or head a small unit or aspire to a new leadership role; includes a series of workshops, self-assessments (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, FourSight and Leadership Practices Inventory), and individual development plans. Two follow up meetings assess the progress on achieving leadership development goals.
