Achieving Success through Leadership
- Intensive, individualized leadership development experiences designed for a cohort of 10 current leaders who commit to participate for a full academic year and have the active sponsorship of their managers and vice presidents. Targeted for individuals in high impact positions - key managers, department chairs and governance leaders - especially those who are transitioning into the organization or into key positions at the College; includes multi-rater performance feedback (360-degree assessments), a series of workshops, 1-2-1 professional coaching, monthly cohort meetings and individual development plans.
