Faculty Mentoring Focus Groups

Faculty development recently offered the opportunity to participate in focus group discussions of faculty mentoring. The discussion topics included sharing mentoring experiences, defining types of mentoring, expectations for mentors, and suggestions for developing faculty mentoring at Buffalo State.
