People interested in joining the CBT need to attend an eight-hour NCBI Welcoming Diversity/Prejudice Reeducation workshop. Eight hour workshops are run periodically throughout the year and are offered without charge to faculty, staff and students at BSC. Three day train-the-trainer sessions are also offered occasionally here on campus. These are required for people who wish to lead workshop sessions. People also have the option, if funding is available, to attend sessions offered by NCBI International in Washington, DC. People should contact Gail Wells or Kevin Railey for details.
