Robert Jakubowski, Class of 2005
David Vernon Bullough Outstanding Senior in Psychology
Doctoral Student in Colorado State University’s Social Psychology Program
"Getting involved in departmental research opportunities early helped me choose psychology as a future career."
.
Our students are actively involved in research. Every year, students publish papers in refereed journals, present at regional and national conferences, and participate in the Student Research and Creativity Day (18 presentations at the SRCC in 2007 alone!). This kind of activity helps our students learn to think critically about psychology, learn about the research process, and prepare for careers and graduate school.
