How to Access Student Audit Sheets

Step 1:  Logging On

Enter your NT username (BSCLOGON\username if you are a Windows XP user) and password in the appropriate box and click "OK".

Step 2: Signing In

Enter "staff" for both username and password on the login page.  If you are an audit administrator, enter your web editor username and password.

Step 3: Accessing a Students Record

Enter the students username, now all in lowercase, in the "Load Student" box and click "Go."

If you do not know your students username, there is a Stedent Search link in this same box.

Step 4: Navigating the Record

Under the students name, select the degree choice that corresponds with the students degree you wish to view. Students with another degree of study, a minor, or a concentration will have more than one option.

By default the Full Audit Report has been selected for you. You may choose another audit report by using the drop down box.
