Tower Four Renovations
The Residence Life Office is excited to announce the latest capital facility improvement project for the Buffalo State residence halls. Tower Four will undergo a $7.6m renovation during the 2012/2013 academic year. Tower Four will be closed during the 2012/2013 academic year and re-open for occupancy beginning the Fall 2013 semester. Building improvements include: complete replacement of all mechanical systems, new windows, fully renovated bathrooms, laundry room improvements, public lounge space enhancements and WIFI throughout the building.
The Residence Life Office will continue to focus its capital improvement plans on the other Towers during the upcoming years.
