As a center within Buffalo State's School of the Professions, the SBDC brings together the resources of Buffalo State College, the private sector, and government agencies to counsel and train small businesses to resolve organizational, financial, marketing, technical, and other obstacles they may encounter. Special emphasis is placed on providing counseling services for women, veterans, handicapped, and minority entrepreneurs.
The SBDC's knowledgable and experienced staff provide expert one-on-one counseling, training, and instructional programs to help small businesses succeed.
Any existing small business, firm, or individual considering starting a small business may request assistance. There are no charges for direct counseling by the SBDC under this program.
