Electronic bills (eBills) are now the exclusive billing method for all Buffalo State student account balances. Paper bills are not mailed. Students should print their QuikPAY statement if needed. All e-billing notifications will be sent to your Buffalo State student email address.
Bill is scheduled to be processed on December 10, 2014 and due January 8, 2015. Students selecting courses after initial billing date will be billed with spring 2015 registration/ charges.
Students who are not planning to attend J-Term 2015 must drop all courses in Banner prior to January 6, 2015 to avoid financial liability. Note: non-payment will not cancel registration or liability.
Students registered (or with room and meal plan charges) through December 18, 2014: Bill is scheduled to be processed and due on January 22, 2015. Students who fail to pay their tuition bill (or defer with approved financial aid) by the due date will be assessed $30.00 late payment fee. Students selecting courses after initial billing and prior to the start of spring 2015 classes: Billing for new charges will occur weekly with a due date of January 22, 2015. Note: Non-payment will not cancel registration or liability. The college reserves the right to cancel registration for returned checks or rejected credit card transactions.
Students who are not planning to attend spring 2015 semester must drop all registration in Banner prior to February 1, 2015 to avoid financial liability.
