The Greek Life judicial system at Buffalo State College serves as a peer based representative body created to serve as a hearing panel for fraternity and sorority related disciplinary incidents. It is a separate and independent administrative disciplinary process committed to maintaining the expectations of the College and the Inter-Greek Association (IGA) as set forth in the Greek Lettered Organization Code of Conduct. The Code defines the rights and responsibilities of Greek-lettered organizations, defines proscribed organization conduct, provide due process. As an educational process and not a criminal proceeding, the Greek Life judicial system provides opportunities for educational sanctioning as well as an avenue for continued membership in the Buffalo State College community.
