Campbell Student Union room reservations for the Spring 2013 semester
In order for student organizations to reserve space in the Student Union, an updated Student Organization Registration Form must be submitted and be on-file in the Student Life Office. In an attempt to obtain new and accurate executive board and general membership information before the next semester begins, we are strongly encouraging your organization to submit your updated Student Organization Registration Form before the end of this academic semester. Student Organization Registration Forms have been placed in all student organization mailboxes. If you need additional forms, you can find them in the United Students Government (USG) office, or at the Information Center. All forms can be returned to the Information Center or the Student Life Office in the Student Union.
Reservations for the Spring 2013 semester will only be accepted from organizations that have an UPDATED Student Organization Registration Form on file.
Attendance at an introductory meeting (taking place the first Friday of the Fall semester, details to follow) is mandatory. Failure to attend this meeting will forfeit any reservations.
