Initiating Complaints:
Complaints against a Buffalo State Greek-lettered organization may be initiated by any member of the college community - student, faculty, and/or staff. Any complaint concerning a violation of the Greek-Lettered Organization Code of Conduct should be made or referred to the Assistant Director for Greek Life and Student Activities as soon as possible but no later than the end of the semester after the incident occurred. All complaints must be filed in writing, dated and signed by the complainant(s). Complainant must submit a Greek Life Judicial Complainant Form
Once charges have been filed a disciplinary conference will be held between the accused organization and the Assistant Director for Greek Life and Student Activities or designee). If the charges cannot be disposed of through the Disciplinary Conference, the Assistant Director shall refer the case to be heard before a Judicial Hearing Board.
