If you have completed a seminar but have misplaced your certificate of completion, you may choose to do one of the following:
- Call the seminar provider and request an additional copy of the certificate of completion be sent to you. Most providers maintain attendance/completion records. There may be an additional fee for duplicate certificates.
- Re-take the seminar and receive a new certificate of completion.
