After you have applied through TEACH and submitted your Release Authorization form (with copies of your seminars), you are eligible for recommendation. Our Teacher Certification Officer will access and review your account to ensure you meet the qualifications. Once the Officer has recommended you for certification, your information will be forwarded to New York State. New York State will issue your certification overnight. You will receive the hard copy in 10-14 business days.
