Shea's Performing Arts Center | Job and Other Internship Postings
After a student has completed the demands of his or her chosen theater program focus they can apply for a professional internship with one of the area's premier professional theatres, including Studio Arena and Shea's. During an internship, a student is engaged in the complete theatre process: acting, set and costume design, stage management, directing, and marketing.

Buffalo State and Shea's Performing Arts Center also have a strong educational/professional partnership. Through their internationally recognized outreach programs: "Shea's In the Schools," "Camp Broadway," and the "On School Time Performance Series" give student interns first-hand experience regarding the demands of educational theatre.
Internship responsibilities include working with: area students (K-12) in all areas of the theatre, organizations visiting Shea's, and professional production companies (e.g., Disney, Nickelodeon), and individual artists as they prepare for performances at Shea's.
