How to Apply
Applying to Buffalo State College
Prospective undergraduate students interested in entering the television and film arts program at Buffalo State must apply through the Undergraduate Admissions Office. Apply now.
Once you select Buffalo State College via the SUNY Web site, simply choose "Television and Film Arts" in the Curriculum menu. If you are admitted to Buffalo State College, you will receive a letter from Admissions requesting that you complete the application for admission to the Television and Film Arts program.
Applying to the Television and Film Arts Program
We are now accepting Television and Film Arts applications for 2012. Admission to the Television and Film Arts Program is very competitive and limited to 15 students each year.
Applying to the program is simple:
Step One: Download and complete the "Personal Statement" form and e-mail it to TFA@buffalostate.edu
Step Two: Download the "Creative Sample" form and submit either a written or video creative sample. Samples can either be e-mailed to TFA@buffalostate.edu or mailed to:

Step Three: Download and forward the "Recommendation to the TFA Major" form to your recommender. He / she should complete the recommendation form and either e-mail it to TFA@buffalostate.edu or mail it to:

Completed applications must be received no later than Friday, February 17, 2012.
