Travel Support to Attend CUR (Council on Undergraduate Research) Dialogues 2010

February 25-28, 2010. Hamilton Crowne Plaza, Washington, D.C.

This meeting is designed to bring faculty and administrators to the Washington, D.C. area to interact with federal agency program officers and other grant funders. Workshops are focused on proposal writing and funding opportunities.

Travel Support to Attend 13th CUR National Conference

June 19-22, 2010. Weber State University, Utah

This conference is designed to bring faculty and administrators together to discuss issues related to undergraduate research across the curriculum. Sessions include: plenaries, workshops, and discussion round tables. Sessions for ALL academic disciplines, including Arts and Humanities.

Integration of Undergraduate Research into the Curriculum

This program supports the development of new courses and/or the revision of existing courses to include a substantial undergraduate research component.  Awards of between $750 and $1000 will be made to support faculty during the summer 2010. It is expected that the faculty receiving awards will complete their project by August 28, 2010.   

This program is not intended to support minor revisions to seminar courses that already have a research requirement. Lower-level and upper-level courses are eligible.
