To assist students in paying for a large format poster, the Office of Undergraduate Research will subsidize the printing of a 30" x40" poster. The poster cannot be over-sized and cannot be laminated. Deadline: The poster file (.ppt/.pptx or .pdf) must be submitted by 4pm, Wednesday, April 24th. Posters will still be accepted until 4pm Friday, April 26th, but will be the full price of $25. Posters after this date may not be accepted due to high printing demand.
*NEW THIS YEAR* Fill out the Online Job Request Form and upload your file to Computer Graphics. Posters must be either a .pptx or a .pdf file and should be 30x40 (either vertical or horizontal). More information is located on the job request form. Once you receive email notification that your poster is ready, you must pick it up in Room 122 in the basement of Bulger Communication Center Mon-Fri 9am - 4:00pm. No pickups after-hours or on Saturdays.
