Kory Reid What made you get involved with WBNY? Simple, I talked to Chris Gullo and Jenn Snyder at the WBNY station at the Freshmen Orientation, both seemed knowledgeable and talked well about the station and what it could do for my career. I was hooked and set on the idea, and signed up to be a DJ asap. What time is your show and what type of show do you have? At this point I am currently not a part of a show besides my appearances on the Worst Show Ever, but my Hardkor Sports show will return in the fall. How long have you been at WBNY? Next year will be my 2nd year of DJing. Who are your favorite bands or artists? I have quite a few bands I would consider my favorite. First and foremost is Dance Gavin Dance, they have inspired me with everything they do. Other bands/Artists I am really into is Lower Definition, The Fall of Troy, Weezer, A Skylit Drive and Kanye West. Any of those Artists/Bands I could listen to anytime, anywhere. Who is your favorite local band? Everytime I Die, I'm not much of a local guy. Words or Phrase you try to live by or influences you? "Success will be the best Revenge", Dilated Peoples Simply put, people don't expect much out of me, and that is a challenge to me. I live by it, and feel I prove people wrong in the end. That lyric is kind of a inspiration to me and how I go about things in life. I would also want to give a shout out to Chris Gullo, he has influenced me in a positive way with my goal of being a sports caster/talk show host.
