Megan Jones What made you get involved with WBNY? I heard about WBNY when I was a senior in high school by a friend of mine named That DJ/ DJ Bunny/Dr.Sound. I trained a couple days during the summer, and finished during the 1st semester of my freshman year. I wanted to get involved because I love music, I love doing anything I can to learn new genres of music and expand myself of what’s out there today. Now that I am involved with WBNY I may minor in communications because I have become so fond of this radio station. What time is your show and what type of show do you have? My show is on Monday’s and Thursday's from 7a.m – 9a.m, and it is Regular Format show called “The Burning Start,” It will first consist of Indie Rock, Pop, and later in the morning get into industrial/heavy rock. On Thursday's 5p.m-5:30p.m I host a talk show called "BSC-101" where I talk to Buff State Clubs and organizations and talk about news and events around Buffalo. How long have you been at WBNY? Since the summer of 2009. Became News Director in November 09', and Loud Rock Director of Feb 10'. Who are your favorite bands or artists?
