The deadline to complete the health insurance waiver for Spring 2008 was February 24, 2008 and is no longer available.
The waiver for Fall 2008 will be available in July 2008, with a deadline of September 30, 2008.

Weigel Health Center provides health and wellness services for all registered students. In addition to diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries, we stress health education and preventive medicine. Students are seen on a walk-in or appointment basis, and there is no charge for most services.
Our educational program sponsors professionals and peer educators who present topics on health issues, such as wellness, stress management, sexuality, violence, and alcohol- and other drug-abuse prevention. Educational resources are available for student research or classroom projects.
All students must be in compliance with New York State law regarding immunizations. Measles, mumps, and rubella immunizations are provided at no charge at the center. You may apply to have your Spring health fee reimbursed if you are an online learner and your classes never meet on campus. Please complete the form and return to the Weigel Health Center no later than Feb. 10, 2008. If you have any questions please contact us @ 716-878-6711.
