Students registered for 12 credit hours or more, (undergraduate and graduate) are automatically enrolled into Buffalo State College's Health Insurance Plan. Students who have their own insurance are required to complete an online waiver to avoid being enrolled in and charged for the college's health insurance plan.
The deadline to waive out of the health insurance plan for Fall was September 30th and Spring is February 24th. Once the deadline has passed, the waiver will no longer be available. If you lose your current coverage you must contact the health center to enroll in the insurance provided by the college.
