Save this email for confirmation that you have completed the waiver.

Weigel Health Center provides health and wellness services for all registered students. In addition to diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries, we stress health education and preventive medicine. Students are seen on a walk-in or appointment basis, and there is no charge for most services.
Our educational program sponsors professionals and peer educators who present topics on health issues, such as wellness, stress management, sexuality, violence, and alcohol and other drug-abuse prevention. Educational resources are available for student research or classroom projects.
All students must be in compliance with New York State law regarding immunizations. Measles, mumps, and rubella immunizations are provided at no charge at the center. Students must be in compliance to register for classes. To submit your meningitis immunization information, fill out the form at https://bscintra.buffalostate.edu/Weigel/MeningitisForm.htm.
You may apply to have your Fall Health Fee reimbursed if you are an online learner and your classes never meet on campus. Please complete the form and return to the Weigel Health Center no later than September 20, 2008. If you have any questions please contact us at 716-878-6711.
