The Writing Program encourages all CWP 101 and 102 students to take advantage of free tutors through the Writing Center, Academic Support and various other programs on campus. At the discretion of the instructor, individual students may be required to meet with a writing tutor for a specified number of documented sessions. Students will turn in a record log of sessions with their tutor's signatures for each session. It is the policy of the Writing Program that, in this instance, tutoring is mandatory and participation will become a component of the student's final grade.
